Technological tenderness
modern room ipad control smooth process
I adored the super modern room. Everything is controlled via an ipad. Lighting and tv respond to a delicate touch. I found the location fantastic, it is just next to tivoli gardens. Self check-in and check-out is smooth, you choose the floor and view.
i thought the soundproofing was not perfect. i kept hearing noises from other rooms. i feel i couldn't have the best sleep.

the breakfast range included choices, cereal, and fruit. yoghurt options were good, and hot food added to the morning meal. pastries looked attractive.

the staff seemed very cute and great, especially the lady that checked me in. i found them well organized and friendly, showing a real willingness to help. kwang, filip, and davit.

the hotel offered modern facilities and a comfortable setting. i really loved the hi tech ipad in the room and the easy no fuss running of the hotel. the rooms were warm.

the location is convenient near many sites. i easily found food options around the hotel. i appreciated the free flow of coffee and hot drinks. the restaurant and room had tasty decoration.
i found the functionality of the hotel room poor. the layout is not great with the sink and bathroom separate. all controls to the room are on an ipad. the ipad takes time to turn on, so it felt frustrating.

radiant stay
central location comfortable bed
the location is central it made exploring very easy. all staff members were friendly and helpful they quickly addressed my questions. luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was available i found this useful. the room was super clean the bed was very comfortable.
the toilet lacked ventilation this was not ideal. smells easily filled the small space i noticed.

the hotel is just right in the city centre it made it easy to get around. everything i wanted to see as a tourist was within walking distance. the hotel sits opposite a busy square.

the location was really central. i had easy access to the metro and main attractions. the quirky bar had city hall view. it was lovely. the room was modern and quiet.

great location comfortable bed
The hotel is in a great location. I also found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and had a good selection. The bed in my room was very comfortable, I slept well.
The toilet in the room did not have ventilation. Smells filled the space sometimes. There was also limited space to move around inside the room.
